Overview
Job Title: Head Chef – New Opening Salary: £60,000 Location: London Who will you be working for? A new opening of a high-end central London restaurant that will focus on exceptional food inspired by traditional Korean style barbeque/grills. The food offering will be fresh, seasonal and presented to the very highest of standards, employing traditional and modern cooking techniques. What are we looking for? A Head Chef who has experience working within a high-end restaurant environment. Ideally, you’ll have prior experience working with Korean cuisine and be passionate about this style of cookery. As part of the opening team, in addition to all your day to day duties, you’ll be responsible for developing menus, training a new team and help to put all kitchen processes into place. Desirable Qualities: Be a confident and enthusiastic Head Chef ready to take on a brand-new challenge in opening a premium restaurant in the heart of London Possess a strong understanding and working knowledge of Korean cuisine Have recent central London restaurant experience, ideally within a busy, independent venue Have an excellent handle on all areas of food safety and health & hygiene procedures Be looking for a stable career with loads of growth potential Does this sound like you?
