My client is a leading vendor in privacy and security solutions, with products delivered to market via the MSP community, seeking a new team member to provide the full range of technical competencies to their client base, including; Learning and maintaining exceptional knowledge of my clients’ products, solutions and use cases Managing assigned tickets for reactive and implementation Pre-sales support for MSP partners in live end-customer engagements from demonstration, testing, implementation and ongoing management Identify and drive service and procedural and product improvements Maintain accurate real time technical documentation My client promotes a family atmosphere across the international staff base, so only those candidates looking to make positive contributions and to be valued need apply Already working within a technical role for an IT support business, value added reseller or managed services provider, the successful candidate will have shown dedication to their professional development by achieving industry recognised qualifications such as CompTIA accreditations or Microsoft MCP / MCSE and have direct experience of working with common MSP tools and technologies, such as Autotask, ConnectWise, Kaseya, Zendesk, VMware, AWS, Azure and Office 365. The successful candidate will be working with and therefore requires management and implementation experience of; Active Directory, Azure AD, Windows Server & Hyper-V Security solutions, including anti virus and anti malware PowerShell scripting DNS configuration Content filtering VPNs Office 365 & Exchange Server Market leading Firewalls and Switches Market leading Backup and recovery solutions Although based at home, regular national and international travel will be required for company meetings, trade shows and client visits, therefore candidates should have a full license and car with easy access to public transport also.
