Overview
Aurora Resourcing are currently working in partnership with a Local Authority in Dudley to recruit an experienced Team Manager for the Fostering Team. You will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Service to delivery high quality services to children and young people. Hourly rate is £39.07 per hour, mileage and expenses are reimbursed. The candidate and the role We are seeking managers who have experience of managing a fostering team and hold a good knowledge of the relevant fostering legislation, regulations/relevant guidance and be committed to delivering services that are of the highest standard. You will be required to manage a team of dedicated and committed social work practitioners, support good performance and robust quality assurance processes and enable staff to continually develop so that they have the skills needed to support families to build resilience and facilitate positive change.
