Are you an experience Commercial Solicitor with 4 or more years post qualification experience and seeking a new role? If so, this may be of particular interest to you. An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Solicitor to join a global and respected firm in their Birmingham office. This Commercial Solicitor role will involve working as part of a team specialising in commercial contracts advising both private sector companies and large public sector bodies. You will be advising on a wide range of commercial matters from high value, long term strategic arrangements to more day to day operational agreements and standard forms. The ideal candidate will be: Qualified solicitor with 4 years PQE (guide) Have a practical and client centred approach and work successfully as part of a team The ability to juggle the demands of a heavy commercial workload will be essential for this role.
