Management Accountant Job Newtownabbey within a well established manufacturing company. Your new company This is an exciting opportunity for a management accountant job in a long established manufacturing company with proven track record within it's field. Your new role You will be responsible for reviewing company profit and loss account and relevant sections of the balance sheet offering support to the operational business. You will assist with preparation of annual budget and monthly re-forecasts and participate in monthly meetings with Finance Director. You will have a responsibility for obtaining, collating and verifying information on a monthly basis, ensure the provision of timely and valuable management and operational information across the business, assist budget holders in the effective management of their costs and revenue targets. Responsibility for accurate allocation of company costs against individual revenue streams. You will be given an opportunity to implement improvements of finance processes and systems and play a key role in annual statutory audits. What you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of accounting terms and concepts with good all round I.T. skills, Excel essential. Attention to detail and accuracy, good planning and organisational skills. A good understanding of finance regulations and legislation with analytical skills, knowledge of business strategy and methodology. With good critical thinking and organisational skills.
