Overview

We are seeking passionate, committed and enthusiastic Clinical Services Manager for an immediate start. Our opportunity is for a Clinical Services Manager working within scenic countryside surroundings, in a Victorian house offering comfortable social environments, light and airy lounges for residents and staff. Built in Victorian times, The Care Home has been carefully extended and converted into a fully modernised care home equipped to meet all our residents' needs. We are surrounded by glorious landscaped grounds with raised flowerbeds and a tranquil sensory garden. The Care Home has an experienced team of registered nurses and carers who provide nursing, residential, convalescence, respite, palliative and Parkinson's care. In this diverse role: You will play a key role within the home, overseeing and assisting every aspect of nursing care and activities within the home. You will be responsible for creating and updating individual care plans for our residents as well as maintaining clear, accurate, up-to-date medication records Drawing on your clinical experience, you will provide valuable support, guidance and assistance to the team around you By creating and developing strong relationships with key partners within the community, you will play an important role in strengthening the Bupa brand and raising the care home's profile You'll ensure adequate staffing is always maintained within the home through efficient management of staff rotas, and from time to time, will provide cover out of hours, as required The right Clinical Services Manager will demonstrate a professional, caring and compassionate approach with a strong work ethic and aptitude to building solid working relationships.
