Enterprise Project Manager High Wycombe £60,000-65,000pa Have you got Project Management experience in a client facing Telephony/UC delivery environment? Do you have an ITIL certificate? If so, then this could be the job for you Our Client is a highly successful and established technology business with an impressive, prestigious customer base who have an ambitious future growth plan. They are looking for a service driven Project Manager to ensure the successful delivery of multiple projects and the coaching of junior staff. The Project Manager will have accountability for delivery of key high value implementation projects and work with stakeholders to develop and manage project plans. The duties will include, but are not limited to: Act as point of contact for clients throughout the project Build strong relationships with all stakeholders Gain a full understanding of the project and deliverables from sales to project delivery Produce detailed project initiation documentation Produce formal project timeline and implementation plan Ensure reviews and quality assessments are undertaken Manage project testing Management of third party suppliers The successful candidate will have: A proven track record of 5 years of project management experience in a client facing Telephony/UC delivery environment Strong ITIL training Foundation level as a minimum. Prince 2 qualified Full driving licence Understanding of Unified Communications and Systems Integration Delivery of a VOIP and/or Contact Centre solution in an enterprise environment Strong customer and stakeholder management experience A confident, driven, commercially astute character who has gravitas Ability to manage and influence others A high level of competence in written and verbal communication Good presentation skills Understanding of contractual requirements and obligations Ability to work under pressure Willingness to travel to Customer locations throughout the UK Responsive and committed to your customer The recruitment process for this opportunity is likely to move swiftly so if you are interested, please apply ASAP with an up to date CV.
