Looking to be a part of a vibrant culture? Looking for a position with supportive management? I am currently recruiting a permanent Credit Controller position based in Bushey. Key duties include: Allocate all banking receipts on the system Chase outstanding debt or deposits by telephone and/or email within agreed timescales and maintaining accurate records of all chasing activity. Send final chase letters and refer overdue debt to debt collection agency if needed. Ensure approval process is met before credit card or BACS refunds are processed or requested. Identify changes in customer payment patterns where applicable and propose action to avert indebtedness. Regularly review and reconcile customer accounts providing ad-hoc reporting periodically and propose write off of irrecoverable debt. Regularly review customer’s credit accounts and changes to insured limits are communicated to management. Regularly review the business’s debt recovery procedures and propose improvements Ideal experience would include: Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
