Your New Job Title: Supply Chain Assistant The Skills You'll Need: SAP, Strong Excel, Supply Chain, Planning Your New Salary : £12p/h Location : Central London Job status : Temporary (Three months initially maybe longer) Start date : ASAP Working hours : 37.5 hours per week Who You'll Be Working for: Global fashion brand. What You'll be Doing Each Day: The Supply Chain Assistant actively assists the sourcing team in their execution of supply chain strategy and raw materials procurement. Main Tasks: Monitoring and maintaining accuracy of data within the system, throughout the season Following booking meetings and range reviews Ensuring that all data held within system or final range is confirmed internally and with vendors, to ensure accuracy of data Dealing with any price file queries from finance and liaising with finance and vendors with regards to queries and discrepancies Ensuring that all vendors receive necessary raw materials and trims in order to enable to deliver goods on agreed ex-factory date Following up with Product Development for outstanding BOM information Preparing data on both a routine and ad hoc basis, in order to ensure that any issues that may affect on-time delivery of goods are raised at the earliest opportunity The Skills You'll Need to Succeed: Experience in Raw Material/Production/Manufacturing desirable Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel Knowledge of SAP desirable The ability to work well under pressure and enjoying working in a fast paced environment Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task Ability to demonstrate excellent attention to detail Team orientated The role is best suited to someone who is process oriented, enjoys data management, analytical and who thrives in a fast paced environment.
