Overview
We are assisting a well-established retailer to recruit a Junior Merchandiser working on ladieswear multiproduct. The responsibilities of the Junior Merchandiser will include: Trend forecasting for future planning. Presenting ideas to Senior Merchandiser to finalise strategy. Conduct Regular competitor shops to understand market. Work closely with the buying team and provide them with accurate information on historical sales and sizes that sell. The Junior Merchandiser will have an Assistant Merchandiser reporting into them. The Ideal Junior Merchandiser will be a target driven yet work well within a team and should demonstrates examples where initiative is used to resolve issues that arrive.
