Overview
The role will involve taking a lead on the management of core and core plus infrastructure investments for the firm. The Investment Manager will lead on the origination, valuation, execution and monitoring of investments Client Details Our client is a sovereign wealth fund that is very well capitalised with a well-established infrastructure direct investment platform. Description Assist with the ongoing development of the team's investment strategy Identify potential investment opportunities across the UK & Europe Lead the full transaction structuring & execution cycle Manage all transaction work streams including due diligence and investment papers Monitor asset performance against benchmarks Work closely with Investee company management to develop business plans Take on board director roles where appropriate Profile Extensive experience within the infrastructure sector, preferably direct investment Extensive financial modelling experience within the infrastructure sector Existing network within the infrastructure sector Demonstrable knowledge of market characteristics and key value drivers Able to manage key aspects of the investment and asset management processes Comfortable with contract documentation & negotiation Job Offer Offer to work for a well-capitalised sovereign wealth fund This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89957555
