O365 Exchange Migration SME The successful candidate will perform hands-on tasks to manage and maintain our Office 365 tenants and related technologies. Our Office 365 infrastructure is utilized across the globe; in this role the Administrator will maintain hybrid connections to Office 365,and manage multiple Office 365 tenants. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Manage and monitor Office 365 services and hybrid infrastructure. Document changes to the systems using change management best practices. Maintain a highly secure system through proper configuration and system access monitoring. Assist with the migration of large volumes of data into the cloud platform. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with user access to cloud services. Maintain a good understanding of upcoming changes to the platforms to assist with user change management. Minimum Qualifications / Skills and Knowledge: 5 years of experience with Exchange (on premise/online) administration. 2 years of Office 365 (over 1000 users) administration experience. 2 years of Microsoft Windows Server administration experience. Office 365 or any other Microsoft certifications a plus. 2 years of experience with Office 365 migration tools. Experienced and well versed in all Microsoft environments. Programming languages and scripting languages related to platform Preferred Qualifications / Skills and Knowledge: Considerable knowledge of managing Office 365 and other related cloud solutions. Experience in supporting users of Office 365 globally across AUS, UK and N.&S. America. Strong understanding in managing user authentication through global ADFS. Experience with managing secure environments using MFA, DLP, RM and encryption. Ability to create advanced PowerShell scripts to schedule repeatable Office 365 actions.
