Junior Resident Liaison Officer Lewisham £19,000 - £24,000 car and mileage (if over 25 due to fleet insurance) Must have drivers licence Here at Howells Contacts, we are working with a leading, UK contractor and regeneration group to find a successful and proactive RLO to join their team in Lewisham areas. You will be working on maintenance contracts within social housing. My client is willing to consider candidates with 1 - 2 years experience as an RLO or someone delivering front end customer service to the general public within relevant sectors including Retail, Hospitality, Airline Transportation or Care Work. This role is for a candidate that has knowledge of the resident liaison officer role and is looking to progress within this field. Your role will be within both an office where you will coordinate and book appointments for tenants and attend site where you will visit tenants and the contract managers to ensure a smooth daily running. Our client is looking for a candidate with great customer service skills and will consider candidates outside of the construction industry for this role. Main Responsibilities/Duties Include: Direct liaison between tenants and maintenance staff Tracking and monitoring to completion Be able to work in a fast paced demanding role with constant collaboration with key stakeholders, clients, councils, housing agents, suppliers and trades Liaise with site management staff to enable the flow of information between all parties Where appropriate, consult with resident representatives and groups, arranging meetings to communicate the programme, get feedback and discuss any other locally significant issues Arrange appointment for surveys and works Previous Experience and Qualifications: Previous customer service experience Excellent organisational skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work to tight deadlines Ability to work remotely as well as part of a team Professional attitude and approach to work Ability to competently operate MS office (Word & Excel) Current and Valid UK driving license Self-starter and highly motivated You will be offered a great package if successful, including a work vehicle (if you are over 25, due to fleet insurance) and training if not you must supply your own vehicle, you will also be paid mileage along with holiday pay.
