Overview
Due to continued growth my client are looking for a full time or part time experienced Receptionist to join the team in Central Birmingham. The successful candidate will be joining one of the largest, purpose built surgical and Non-Surgical Cosmetic Clinics in the heart of the city. They specialise in Facial treatments, Body contouring and Laser treatments. A competitive salary is on offer depending on experience, hours are flexible and can be either full time or part time Monday to Saturday, some evenings will be required. We are looking for a passionate, hardworking and well-presented individual to work as part of the reception team. Receptionist - The role Making sure the busy clinic diary runs smoothly for both surgical and non-surgical departments Answering treatment enquiries and converting them into a booking. This will be VIA phone, online/website and social media enquiries Giving each client a high end service, offering drinks, and making sure correct treatment forms and completed correctly Ensure the clinic is clean and tidy throughout the day Help the practitioners out by changing over treatment rooms in between their appointments Support the management team Receptionist - The candidate To look presentable and to be enthusiastic and approachable To have a keen interest in aesthetics Desirable - to have a basic knowledge and experience in this industry This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional, growing Central Birmingham cosmetic clinic.
