Excellent opportunity to work in this high profile professional services company as a Receptionist, you'll be involved in: Answering incoming calls Professionally meeting and greeting all clients and visitors, providing refreshments Maintaining a professional reception area Receiving deliveries and ensuring these are dealt with in a timely manner Responsible for all meeting room bookings, ensuring the meeting rooms are impeccably presented for all meetings Arranging catering in house and with external suppliers Assisting wirth organisation of meeting, seminars and events Maintaining and ordering stationery stock Assisting and supporting the team with administration Our client is looking for established experience within a receptionist role in a professional services company. You'll need to be professional with a smart appearance and excellent prioritisation and coordination skills, accurate with exceptional attention to detail.
