Data Migration Analyst / 100% Remote Working / £25,000 - £30,000 Franklin Bates is proud to be working with the leading Management Information System provider within the Education sector. Due to a highly successful 2019 and acquiring numerous new clients, they are now looking to bring two Consultants into their existing team. The role of the Technical Systems Installer is to: Work as part of the Installation Team to install the company software product for new clients on Windows based servers. Import data using in house applications and MS-SQL. Extract data from existing systems via MS-SQL. Edit/Prepare data for import using SQL/Excel. Provide support for the CRM application, including its users and associated services and configuration during the install process. Provide technical expertise to the new clients, ensuring a professional level of support to new customers as part of their install experience. Working within a project managed environment to deliver new systems on time and to defined standards. To carry out the role, the Technical Installer will have: Solid proven working experience of SQL (Querying, scripts, SSMS, T-SQL etc) Proven experience of managing problems through to resolution or escalation Experience of Windows Server/IIS/Web Applications Experience working with data Experience of working with clients The responsibility of the Technical Installer includes: Installation of a web-based application for new customers. Configuration of MS-SQL, IIS, SSRS and Web Components. Data Manipulation using SQL and Excel. Effective management of multiple projects and related deadlines.
