Overview
Proactive are working with a established Pharmaceutical company to recruit a Quality Assurance supervisor reporting the Head of Quality you will be responsible for day to day operations of the Quality department ensuring Quality Management Systems are maintained and are in compliance with EU GMP, company policies and procedures Main tasks and responsibilities: Accountable for day to day QA department. Management of 7 people Handling of CAPA, Change Control, Deviation, audits and document control systems. Investigate any complaints that arise Resolve any quality issues that arise in a timely manner Conduct internal and external audits Implementation and management of documentation in accordance with regulations Oversee the GMP training program Identify compliance gaps and adverse trends in quality systems and escalate events requiring immediate action to Head of Quality. Experience working in manufacturing, laboratory and/or MIA environment Education and experience required for the role: Master's Degree in in a related scientific discipline A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
