Technical Support Manager £35,000 – 45,000 Cannock and Home Working Yes, you read right, we are looking for an awesome Technical Support Manager to support the seamless running of our ever growing and groundbreaking cloud-based business. So who are we? The Company Deeo is an award-winning Digital Design Consultancy that create ground-braking solutions for our clients. Last year Deeo also launched two game changing products – Fooza (an EV Motorcycle Company) and Twinned It (creating a digital twin of the world we live in) Back in 2013 we created Europe’s first Virtual Design Studio where all of our team create, develop and host our work from. We have continued to add to this technology as well as grow our team and IT need and now we need a dedicated person to take control of things. The Role As we are now about to 10x our business we need to grow our business support team. As the Technical Support Manager, you would not only be the “go to” person for assistance with anything IT but also work with our hosting, hardware and software partners to ensure all provisions and plans to ensure the harmony and growth of our IT infrastructure is achieved. Our team all work from our unique Digital Design Office in the cloud meaning you don’t always need to be at our office, you can work remotely from your location Imagine the flexibility that would give you Therefore, we are looking for the RIGHT human to join our team. The role will include: Supporting and ensuring the smooth running of all IT services within Deeo and its businesses Completing day to day and/or projects using the latest software in the most professional way. Design/support and deploy cloud services; O365 . Citrix Deal with third party products and vendors Meeting tight deadlines and working both alone and with a team Lead refresh/new infrastructure projects Make sure that KPI's and policies are adhered to and customer needs are met. Offer solutions and improvements to our infrastructure Producing accurate reports Reporting to the Directors with progress of projects Desirable Experience Citrix Server Data Centre Experience Microsoft Exchange Office 365 / Azure SQL Server VMware / Hyper-V Windows Server Qualifications / Certifications BSc Computer Science or equivalent Minimum 10 years relevant IT support and Management Experience MS - MCSA / MCSE Citrix - CCA VMware - VCP We are excited to put in post like-minded, forward thinking humans that will grow with the business.
