The products are regularly enhanced with the latest technologies available which in turn improve the efficiency, effectiveness and safety of our equipment. Our products have a proven track record of significantly reducing energy and chemicals consumption in commercial production environments. We supply a wide range of industry sectors and clients, including Laundry, Food Processing, Breweries, Wineries, Care Homes, Healthcare, Sports and other related industries. The Role: Your role will primarily involve arranging and attending Field sales appointments with new business customers. The role will involve Field Sales, Business Development, Account Management and some Office based Sales responsibilities and thus will be based both out in the field and in the office when required. You will be responsible for developing contacts and leads, field sales, business development and developing these relationships through to securing new business and closing the contract and sale. Ongoing Account management, development and growth of existing customers. You will be West Midlands / Staffordshire based, with our offices being in Cannock, Staffordshire, however the role covers the whole of the UK and Channel Islands and thus extensive travel will be involved, including the occasional overnight stay. Objectives: Accountable for the Identification of new sales opportunities. Convert these into margin generating business to agreed targets. Secure new business and develop new sales opportunities with new clients Build strong long-term relationships with new customers. Identify key influencers and decision makers within potential client businesses. Record all customer interactions and activities within the CRM. Responding to customers’ requests and tender opportunities. Delivery against the sales strategy and sales targets as set by the company. Skills / Experience; Key Skills: A solid sales background. Minimum 2 years Field Sales / BDM experience. Technical Sales Skills would be useful. Good cold calling skills. Sound judgement and good business sense. Commercial Awareness. Confident to communicate and engage with customers with the ability to build relationships quickly and maintain these good relationships to promote ongoing business Excellent verbal communication skills Dedicated at providing great customer service Positive mindset Ability to work in a high pressure environment Analytical and problem-solving skills. Resilience and tenacity. Independence. A full driving licence.
