THE JOB: Branch Manager THE INDUSTRY: Automotive Aftermarket Parts & Accessories THE SALARY: £29,000 - £31,000 DOE Excellent bonus scheme Vehicle THE LOCATION: West Yorkshire THE COMPANY : Automotive Parts Distributor THE COMPANY: Our client is a family run business for over 40 years and one of the UK's leading distributors of replacement parts for cars and vans. They also offer an extensive range of garage equipment & consumables. THE ROLE: As a Branch Manager in one of the busiest and most successful branch networks within the UK, with decades of successful trading, as Branch Manager, you will be running the branch and taking direct responsibility for the internal sales team. Leading by example, your mission will be to help grow sales within an extremely competitive environment. Your responsibilities as Branch Manager will include: · Day to day running of the branch. · Directly managing the sales team, motivating, inspiring and leading by example. · Creating, hitting and smashing targets. · Dealing with customers both face to face and over the phone. · Help with the development for the sales team. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: The successful candidate must have a customer focused approach with excellent people skills, combined with the ability to communicate to all customers and build strong sales relationships.
