Overview

I am currently recruiting for a well-known employment solutions business who specialise in nursing and care staff. An excellent opportunity has arisen for two talented recruitment consultants, assistant branch managers, team leaders or existing branch managers who are looking for a new challenge, to join these already well established and overachieving teams as the new Branch Managers. The role locations are as follows: 1 x Branch Manager - Doncaster Branch 1 x Branch Manager - Wakefield Branch I am looking for two target driven, goal-orientated, relationship building and nurturing, go-getter to join both these branches and lead their existing teams to the next level of success within the business. Both branches are currently well established, overachieving and have great reputations, however there is scope for growth within both based upon the upcoming performance of their next leader (you) The working hours are 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday with occasional on-call requirements at peak times which carries an excellent overtime rate when required The salary for these positions is negotiable basic up to £35,000 with excellent monthly, quarterly and annual commission potentials up to £85,000 OTE per annum, Company car, mobile, pension and additional benefits Care or Nursing recruitment experience not a necessity but would be a distinct advantage, my client is open to considering experienced recruiters from all industries, who are looking to take the next step in their career.
