Overview
Group Accountant suited to an ACA qualified practice trained Accountant with £50-60k. Your new company We have a fantastic opportunity for a recently qualified ACA to join one of the fastest growing and dynamic digital print solution providers in the UK as a Group Accountant. Your new role The main purpose of this role is be the technical lead on accounting and controls. The role takes ownership of statutory accounting processes and supports the more technical areas of monthly management accounting, as well as overseeing payments and other accounting functions, whilst providing leadership, motivation, training and development of accounts payable and accounts administration teams. As the business is growing via acquisition, this role will also be exposed to ad-hoc projects and due diligence work and require you to business partner with non finance. Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller and work alongside the Management Accountant. What you'll need to succeed Practice trained Technically strong Interested in getting involved with M&A / due diligence work within a Group Reporting role Excel pivot table/ vlook up Happy to role up sleeves and get stuck on What you'll get in return This role will allow you to develop your core accounting / technical skill set in an acquisitive and fast paced business.
