Our client is based in Camberley and is a forward-thinking, proactive and growing company within the Manufacturing industry. Supporting Account Directors and Account Managers, as a Project Team Coordinator, you'll be managing the administration and organisational activities of the client team, working directly with clients and team members and external project stakeholders, and providing project support to steer the process to increase overall team efficiency. As the Project Team Coordinator you will be: • Providing high quality service to multiple key accounts and maintaining relationships alongside the Account Managers and Account Directors • Using ERP system to create new project files, sales orders and purchase orders for all aspects of the projects from start to finish • Liaising with the Finance team to arrange receipting of client POs for orders and ensuring invoicing is done correctly and in a timely manner • Managing the invoicing and final project evaluation stages • Creating extensive reports for clients • Leading weekly Team meetings to ensure Account Managers and Project Managers are aware of requirements and each job is kept on schedule and up to date • Responding to client queries and feedback in a timely manner with correct information, ensuring they are kept up to date throughout the whole project • Creating and maintaining excel spreadsheets with formulas for general project status lists To succeed as the Project Team Coordinator you will have: • Strong Microsoft skills particularly Word and Excel (including formulas) • Previous experience in a similar role • Good commercial awareness and management • Strong relationship building skills • Full UK driving licence Associated Benefits: • Competitive salary • Hours of work: 9am - 5.30pm • 22 days holiday per year plus bank holidays • Eligible for Contributory Pension Scheme after probation period • Eligible for Private Medical Insurance Scheme after probation period • Access to Childcare Voucher Scheme and Cycle scheme • Free parking on-site HOW DO I APPLY?
