Fire & Security Project Manager Permanent Position Excellent salary on offer overtime, top of the range company vehicle or car allowance, credit card, phone, tablet etc 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday Our client is a growing and leading provider of Fire, Security and BEMS (Building Energy Management) Systems. They are looking to recruit a motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead a multitude of projects within commercial environments. Fire & Security Project Manager Job Description The position will be split between the office (Camberley) and site. The majority of sites are based around the West Side of the M25/Twickenham and London Work with both internal project staff and subcontractors to deliver a range of projects typically from 50k-500k from across Fire Life Safety, Electronic Security and Building Controls disciplines As a BAFE and SSAIB accredited company, all works will need to be completed and documented in accordance with the relevant British standards and internal procedures Produce professional written documentation such as Technical Reports, Surveys, Scopes of Works, Instructions and Variations, Project Applications, Financial Forecasts, Project Methodologies and Project Programs Excellent opportunity for promotion and progression within the company Fire & Security Project Manager Essential Skills/Experience/Qualification Required Experienced managing a range of projects within the Fire, Security, Access Control or Building Controls industry Highly organised and process driven Experienced producing professional written documentation such as Technical Reports, Surveys, Scopes of Works, Instructions and Variations, Project Applications, Financial Forecasts, Project Methodologies and Project Programs Fire & Security Project Manager Desirable Skills/Experience/Qualification Required Experience with large-scale, networked, commercial applications. Experience with networked systems, I.P networks and integrated solutions Engineering background Knowledge of fire, security and access control systems Experience in designing/verifying Fire Life Safety Systems
