Paralegal FTC (Potential to go permanent) - Technology Your new company An exciting, rapidly growing technology company focused on developing a platform is looking to add to their legal team. A hugely international company, with nearly 10 offices in exciting locations such as Miami, Dubai and Singapore - their quick expansion is validated by the large amount of investment that they secured. It has also resulted in an exciting strategy for the upcoming year and your workload will be diverse and interesting because of this. Your new role A commercially orientated Paralegal role as part of a well-developed wider legal function. There is the opportunity to secure a training contract after the 6 month contract. The successful candidate will work on commercial matters in a broad role. You will draft and review a host of business-critical agreements, while also providing support on merges and acquisitions, data protection, licensing and regulated queries where needed. Additionally, you will provide legal support to other areas of the business, building relationships with different business units as a reliable cog in the legal machine. What you'll need to succeed You will be a Paralegal with excellent academics (2:1 or 1st in degree) and ideally successful completion of the Legal Practice Course. You must have demonstrable good experience drafting commercial agreements, including from scratch and the ability to manage stakeholders at different levels. You will have an engaging personality, strong technical ability, a commercial mindset and the willingness to learn and develop as much as possible.
