CRM Project Manager - charity sector

memcom recruitment ,
Kent, Hampshire
Salary: £55,000 per annum

Overview

memcom recruitment has been tasked with finding a CRM Project Manager to oversee and lead on the successful development, testing and implementation of a new Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM for a UK-based membership charity. The purpose of the CRM Project Manager will be to ensure key milestones are met, decisions are made, recorded and appropriately enacted, and that the stages for the design and implementation of the new system are delivered in accordance with the contract, timetable and budget. Working with a core internal project team, plus a wider team of key stakeholders and users you will champion the project internally and hold people to account to ensure all aspects of configuration development, system testing, UA testing and implementation of the system; In short, you will ensure that the charity sees this as an opportunity, that the project takes priority, and can lead and facilitate discussions where business process reviews are required. Another core aspect of the role is working with the system providers, managing relationships to ensure delivery to agreed scope and quality measures as well as on budget and to time. You will be adept at risk management as well as CRM project implementation and will be able to evidence how you have managed similar projects, risks and issues throughout the project life-cycle - within controlled, practical frameworks. You will offer examples of stringent budget, governance and sign-off procedure adherence. Developing, managing and explaining appropriate project documentation (plans, risk registers, issues, defect tracking, decision logs, etc.) comes as naturally to you as report to the charity’s Steering Group and stakeholders. The project is expected to last up to 9 months, but it is hoped that the successful candidate will see the project through to completion. My client is open to the possibility of full- or part-time support, but expects that the successful candidate will flex upwards or downwards as required to enable the project to be delivered on time and to budget.
