Our impressive portfolio of clients, numerous award wins and three major ISO certifications set Infinity Group apart from the other suppliers in the UK. www.infinitygroup.co.uk/microsoft-dynamics-365 THE ROLE Infinity Group are looking for a testing and training manager to work within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 team to provide internal testing resource for projects, manage testing with customers and deliver training to customers. MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide internal testing for projects Author and maintain test plans Assist in writing and agreeing acceptance criteria for user stories Manage customer UAT (user acceptance testing) and provide support to customers during their test execution Set-up and maintain automated testing tools and environments Author training materials and user guides Deliver training to customers in various formats, including classroom and online Manage training strategies to ensure customers continue to get the most from their deployment REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE Planning and executing software testing Managing testing through Azure DevOps (formerly VSTS) (preferred) Working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred) Working with automated testing tools (preferred) Authoring training material Delivering training Managing customer success PERSONAL SPECIFICATION Effective communication across cross-functional teams and diverse clients/stakeholders Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Able to follow rigorous processes Confident in pressurised situations with strict deadlines Provide constructive feedback and support continuous improvement A passion for quality Self-sufficient and able to manage own time effectively Comfortable working with external customers and an internal project team BENEFITS 28 Days Holiday (Inclusive of Bank Holidays) 1 extra day awarded for each 2 years of service Holiday Purchase Scheme – purchase up to 5 days extra holiday 10 Days Sick Pay Private Health Insurance Pension Scheme Paid Training Paid Social Events (E.g.
