Overview

As a Return Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling the return of goods from SharkNinja’s retail partners and ensuring that they are processed in the most cost effective and environmentally conscious manner. The successful candidate will be confident in liaising with third party vendors and customers, have excellent administration and coordination skills, and be forward-thinking. Previous supply chain experience is preferable, however a high level of attention to detail and being a team player are equally important. Strong Excel skills and the willingness to learn are also important. Responsibilities: The Return Logistics Coordinator will oversee the processing of returns from our retail and web customers, ensuring that product is directed to the most appropriate location and handled accordingly. They will work closely with the accounts team, to ensure that customer debit notes correspond with authorized returns and follow dispute processes to challenge any that don’t. They will also work with our ecommerce team to facilitate the sale of refurbished products. They will need to build relationships with our repair centres, third party warehouses and transport companies, who they will deal with on a daily basis. The successful candidate will be confident with data processing and analysis and will prepare reports for management and other colleagues. Duties include: •Authorising, recording and reporting on retailer returns •Facilitating the shipping of products from one destination to another •Validating retailers debit notes •Disputing any discrepancies, and following through to completion •Monitoring retailer return rates and escalating any concerns •Manipulation of data on Excel •Preparing accurate reports for management •Working closely with our repair centres and monitor performance levels •Monitoring stock levels on spare parts and replenishing when required •Streamlining shipping and transportation processes •Checking supplier invoices and processing on SharkNinja’s IT system •Coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations •Driving continuous improvement Experience required •At least two years’ experience in a Supply Chain Administrative role •Experience preferably within an FMCG environment Attributes and Skills •Drive, ambition and enthusiasm to deliver results and progress within the organisation •Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and to work both autonomously and as part of a team •Great communication skills and confidence when dealing with both internal and external customers •Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented with ability to take ownership, drive results, and manage projects to completion •High energy level with ability to multitask and open to changing direction •A willingness to learn and adjust with the ever-changing demands of a fast-moving business environment •Excellent organizational and coordination abilities •Problem-solving skills •Decision making ability •Ability to prioritize •Excellent attention to detail •Strong communication and interpersonal skills •Computer literacy: Excel, Outlook, Word, ERP systems Education •Bachelor's degree preferred, however experience may be substitute for education
