Overview
QUALITY MANAGER Based in Mansfield Monday – Thursday: 8am – 5pm Friday: 8am – 2.30pm £40,000 – 45,000 Company car (mileage expensed) Travel within Europe/Turkey Holidays: 24 Bank Holidays My client is a Manufacturing business based in Mansfield supplying in to the automotive sector. Responsibilities: The main purpose of this role is to ensure compliance and maintenance of policies procedures for ISO9001, IATF16949 and ISO14001 other audits through robust working practices. You will be the key point of contact for Customer queries relating to Quality matters and ensure customer documentation for all active supplied components for the customer is sustained. You will ensure all business systems are calibrated accurately through regular review in line with current standards You will be responsible for all Quality matters which includes the identification and implementation of preventive measures and management, to achieve the company goals Maintain control documents Corrective Action Procedure Responsibilities: · Communicate face to face with customers · Communicate face to face with suppliers · Establish SQA system with supplier & Internally with division · Initiate & Issue corrective action request’s, and Non Conformance Reports (NCR’s), · Investigate root causes in conjunction with Production, Materials and Sales Associates, · Determining the Counter-Measures that will correct the Non-Conformance through analysis · Complete all formal 8D non conformance responses with analysis comprehensively · Develop SQA routine auditing · Develop SQA programme QUALIFICATIONS: You will be educated to degree/HND in a Material, Mechanical or Manufacturing engineering discipline or have relevant experience in the automotive industry.
