Overview
Our client based in Southampton are currently recruiting for an interim assistant accountant to help the Financial Controller through a very busy period. Role As a temporary assistant accountant, you will be required to hit the ground running and add value from day one. The key responsibilities of this position include: - Bank reconciliations. - Balance sheet reconciliations. - Preparation of statistical information. - Liaising with auditors to produce audit packs. - Process and raise invoices when necessary. - Help build the month end management accounts. - Support payroll processes. - Any ad-hoc finance duties required by the Financial Controller. Profile The right candidate for this position needs to be engaging and confident with what they do. Your background will be focused around balance sheet reconciliations, liaising with auditors and helping with month end management accounts. Company This business is really modern and dynamic.
