Overview
Are you an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk looking for a new permanent opportunity? REED Accountancy are currently working with a global technology business in Swindon in looking to secure an experienced and capable Accounts Payable Controller to join their small finance function. You will be joining a company who design innovate solutions specific to their industry. You will be working for a company who pride themselves on the quality of their product. Your role will include: - Management and reconciliation of all suppler invoices - Regular production of supplier statement reconciliations - Review and post AP batches - Ensure invoices that require approval obtain the necessary sign off - Answering telephone and email queries and resolving efficiently - Monitoring of the Accounts Payable inbox - Assisting with the preparation and recording of supplier payments - Assist with ad-hoc requests within the finance department My client is looking for someone with previous AP experience who has strong administration skills and excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
