Overview
Accounts Assistant - Swindon - c.£30k p/a This entrepreneurial business, now requires an additional Accounts Assistant due to increase in workload and multiple entities. It is a great time to join the business as they strengthen the finance team in readiness to expand again next year. Within your role, you will handle all things relating to both the sales and purchase ledger invoicing, all reconciliations around the sales, petty cash & the bank recs. Experience gained from within a similar role or an accountancy practice will be hugely advantageous to your application. Whilst an accountancy qualification is not necessary, you do need to have strong double entry knowledge of your debits and credits and understanding of accounting up to TB level and AAT will still be advantageous to your application. You must also have full working knowledge and experience of Sage, this is prerequisite and no exceptions can be made on this occasion.
