Overview

Our client is an innovative and highly successful insurance organisation based in Stockport. This business is renowned for caring for their staff and offer long term career progression. We are currently seeking someone to join their team as an FNOL case handler, handling a caseload of new cases which relate to drainage and water damage claims. The successful candidate will be required to deliver exceptional customer service. Key Accountabilities: Acting as 'first notification of loss’ on all new cases Engaging with customers, insurance companies, brokers and the wider supply chain Acting as focal point for internal and external parties, ensuring customer demands are fully met Handling claims promptly and fairly in line with our customers agreed philosophy Providing guidance and support to the policyholder when they are making a claim Managing claims within your authority whilst working in line with claims and technical handling guides Regularly reviewing and reporting on an individual claims case load Communicating, interacting and managing the expectations of customers, insurance companies, brokers and members of the wider insurance supply-chain Identifying complaints, acting upon them and resolving them in line with company policy Identifying fraud and recoveries and reporting it as per agreed guidelines Producing Monthly MI Reports in line with client requirements. Carry out regular telephone and file audits in line with client requirements.
