Overview

Due to a positive expansion of growth, we are recruiting for a Motor Claims Handler to work in the Credit Hire department of a well-established management/credit hire company based in Birmingham. As a Motor Claims Handler you will act as the first notice of Loss (FONL) motor claims handler within the claims department. Responsibilities: Liaising with clients Taking details of road traffic accidents Investigating and establishing liability Instructing the fleet team to provide hire vehicles when required Obtaining client ID'S and processing licence checks Liaising with panel solicitors regarding clients uninsured losses Requirements: At least 1 years administration experience Excellent telephone manner and communication skills Self Motivated Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am till 5pm To apply for the Motor Claims Handler role, please click apply and follow the application process.
