Overview
Great opportunity for an ambitious, recently qualified accountant to join a fast-growing marketing & design agency. As the right-hand person to the Group FC, you'll gain broad exposure across all areas of finance. Situated in a beautiful, light-filled office with casual and friendly vibe this is an opportunity not to be missed Reporting to the Financial Controller, key responsibilities will include: • Preparation of the monthly reporting pack and variance commentaries • Monthly balance sheet reconciliation • Compilation of the Group consolidated accounts • Cash-flow forecasting - management of debtors, creditors and project costs • Preparation of quarterly VAT returns and submissions • Fixed Asset depreciation • Intergroup recharges • Intergroup reconciliations • Prepayments & Accruals • Budget preparation & reporting • Assisting with the year end audit process • Dealing with Board Directors on a daily basis Key Requirements: • Ideally ACCA/ACA/CIMA newly qualified o • Energetic, driven individual • Strong Excel skills • Experience in creative sector ideal • Team player with a hands-on can do attitude
