In-House Solicitor Advocate (non-PI)
Overview
A leading player in the North West legal field has a rare opportunity for an experienced solicitor or advocate to join its rapidly expanding and highly reputable team based in spacious and modern offices in the heart of Liverpool. The firm is recognised regionally for its high quality work and deals with a broad range of civil litigation matters including housing, landlord and tenant matters, financial litigation claims and consumer credit. Your role as its in-house solicitor advocate will see you working as part of the wider team, conducting advocacy on a day to day basis (including court representation for both interim and final hearings) and providing some drafting services and support to the wider team of individuals managing their own caseloads. You will be a qualified solicitor, in possession of your higher rights of audience and experienced and confident in conducting advocacy. Experience in handling your own caseload and dealing with litigated files is essential. You will be passionate and confident in attending trials and hearings, as well as in working alongside the wider team on an array of civil litigation matters.
