Solicitor - Defendant Personal Injury My client is a leading national law firm who are looking to recruit a Solicitor for their growing team Catastrophic Injury in York. The successful candidate will be managing a caseload of EL/PL files, as well as assisting on complex multi-track / Serious Injury claims. Candidates are expected to be a qualified solicitor (or due to qualify) with complex Personal Injury experience and good advocacy skills. It will be beneficial to have experience managing a caseload of catastrophic / serious injury cases or a background working for a defendant insurer law firm.
