If you're a solicitor who specialises in planning and development, this could be the opportunity for you This position has arisen with a Legal 500 practice with a great reputation within real estate. The Development Team is well run and expanding, so it is an exciting time to become part of the firm. You will be joining a long established and well respected full service law firm, operating from modern premises in London and benefitting from close to transport links. The Planning & Development Team deals with areas such as commercial and residential acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and collaborations, leasebacks, site assembly, estate set up and property development finance. You will work closely with the HOD, gaining ongoing training and support, as well as alongside other senior members of the team who have a strong reputation for planning and development. The ideal Planning and Development Solicitor will be: a qualified Solicitor with 1 years' PQE and confident running their own property files in possession of prior experience during training of a seat in commercial property or planning and development experienced dealing with the London market - this is a distinct advantage but is not essential In return, you will receive competitive levels of remuneration, a supportive collegiate environment and a clear chance to progress your career.
