About the Role You will be handling a range of transactions including sales and purchases, landlord and tenant work, freehold and leasehold titles, drafting and negotiating contracts for sale, transfers, leases and agreements, licences, guarantees and legal charges whilst providing technical and practical advice to clients. Candidate Requirements They are interested in talking to energetic and personable people with good client facing skills and with the ability to work well as part of a successful team.
