A leading UK-based non-profit social impact organisation with operations across the globe is looking to hire a commercial Legal Counsel to join their in-house team. Based in Central London, this In-House Counsel role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis. Your New Role Reporting to the General Counsel, the Legal Counsel will support on high-value projects and programmes as well as supporting commercial stakeholders within the organisation. Responsibilities of the In-House Counsel will include: Drafting, advising on and negotiating high value commercial legal contracts including service agreements, partnership agreements and sponsorship agreements. Supporting project teams on IP matters, data protection matters and procurement matters. Providing advice on compliance issues on an ad-hoc basis.
