COMPLIANCE PARALEGAL - FASHION - LONDON A household name fashion brand is looking to grow their team with the hire of a Compliance Paralegal. The business' headquarters are based in Central London and have a very entrepreneurial, start-up environment. The team is very hands on and this is a position where you will be given significant autonomy in your role and exposure to the board from day one in the role. This Paralegal position will be predominantly focused on Company Secretarial and Compliance activities including the following: Liaising with external advisers to ensure that the business meets its compliance and corporate reporting requirements. Preparation and submission of filings with Companies House Submission of statutory and regulatory reports. Navigating and safeguarding business-wide compliance with relevant regulatory and statutory requirements including the GDPR, CCPA, the Modern Slavery Act, Gender Pay reporting requirements, the Payment Practices Reporting requirements, the UK Corporate Governance Code, the Payment Services Directive and the new ePrivacy Regulation. Responding to SARs, privacy queries and complaints. For this Compliance Paralegal role it is essential that you have a minimum of 1 year's experience a s a Paralegal working knowledge of data protection and company secretarial matters.
