Locala Community Partnerships is looking for an experienced nurse in the community field with a track record of supporting patients to remain in their own homes through high quality care. Locala is a not-for-profit social enterprise providing NHS community nursing across Kirklees and in our latest CQC inspection (March 2020) we were rated "good" in every category. The District Nurse Sister role is perfect for those looking for a new challenge to develop your own skills and those of the colleagues you work with. You’ll be managing your own caseload of patients as well as supporting the Integrated Community Care Team Manager to lead a team of skill mixed staff, ensuring they are professionally developed and competent to meet the needs of the service and provide the highest quality of care.
