The District Nurse Sister role is perfect for those looking for a new challenge to develop your own skills and those of the colleagues you work with. You’ll be managing your own caseload of patients as well as supporting the Integrated Community Care Team Manager to lead a team of skill mixed staff, ensuring they are professionally developed and competent to meet the needs of the service and provide the highest quality of care.
