They are a trusted global provider of end-to-end communication solutions; providing a comprehensive range of terminals and devices, high quality voice and data connectivity. A position has become available to work within the Administration team. You will report to the Head of Administration, the administrators are responsible for the smooth running of the admin support functions as well as general office duties. The core Duties of the admin team are the maintenance of our client's custom airtime billing system. Full training will be provided Main Duties & Responsibilities - Overall responsibility for record keeping and our proprietary airtime billing system Liaising with customers regarding all airtime functions Actioning requests in a timely manner, aiming for excellent customer service Working closely with the rest of the team to share information Greeting visitors, answering the phone, filing. Managing and maintaining controlled documents and the controlled documents register Liaising with head office and subsidiary companies as required Arranging travel and accommodation Ordering office supplies Experience - Essential Previous experience within a busy admin team Accounting or finance background may be an advantage. This is a fast paced and very diverse environment, the ability to multitask and move from one task to the next is a must. Desirable Proficient with Access Dimensions Proficient with GoldVision Qualifications - Essential Administration qualification/Qualified by experience Skills, Knowledge & Aptitudes - Essential Strong organisational skills Ability to work well within a busy team and to meet deadlines Strong people skills Highly efficient time management and organisation. Ability to work to deadlines Strong communication skills both verbal and written, detail oriented Motivated and enthusiastic with a "can do" attitude Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Back Office Systems Ability to follow procedures. Ability to follow own initiative as well as to work as part of a team The ideal candidate will be flexible, adaptable and will display a proactive approach in identifying potential areas of improvement. You will also have the ability to use your own initiative as well as work within a team, and must enjoy multitasking in a busy changing environment.
