Our client - a successful Water Supplier going through a period of growth - are looking for Customer Service Advisors to provide a first-class service to their customers, resolving queries, and working across the business at all levels to ensure services operate successfully. The Customer Service Advisor will communicate in all mediums including telephone, email and live chat. If the Customer Service Advisor sounds like you then apply today Your Responsibilities: Handling customer enquiries relating to all aspects of service provided by the Supplier Provide advice and support to the customers, helping them to manage their accounts Provide accurate information regarding bills etc to customers Identifying customers who may be in financial hardship Positively participating in continuous training Prioritise all incoming calls and emails ensuring they are passed to correct members of staff Key skills and experience A level educated Experience of working in a similar Customer Service or Contact Centre role Ability to work under pressure and cope with high contact volumes Ability to work flexibly Excellent IT Skills, particularly databases and MS Offices including advanced MS Excel Strong organisation skills
