The residential home houses adults with physical disabilities. The home has access to a large garden, has fantastic wheelchair access and offers a sensory impairment activities and support. Our client is recruiting caring and positive thinking Support Workers, who are passionate about making a difference in people's lives, to join one of its prestigious staff teams in a Residential Home for adults living with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and sensory impairments. Our client specialises in supporting adults to be as independent as possible and supporting them to live a fulfilling life. Your role will include providing person centred care, getting involved in daily activities, manual handling and helping support with everyday tasks. Some of the exciting activities you will need to provide support with are hydro, day clubs, day trips to the shops, outings to farms and other local places.
