Overview
Our client is looking for a confident self-motivated, junior fabric tech/testing candidate. Experience. An interest in sustainability would be beneficial also. The role will be to provide administrative and technical support for both the sales & production team, managing and prioritising the critical path. You must have fabric and/ or textile product manufacturing knowledge. Along with strong communication skills, team player, customer focused attitude, be extremely organised. You will Submit and maintain base & bulk testing for customers' requirements, liaising with internal departments, suppliers and customers. Ensuring all customer manuals and standards are adhered too. Chasing relevant labs for test reports to ensure they are received back in timely manner, and dealing with any failures/ issues along the way. Assessing and evaluating reports regarding customer complaints related to fabric performance.
