A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Site Services Officer to join a great team in a fantastic educational establishment. On offer is a permanent placement for the right candidate, progression opportunities, and flexible working hours. As the Site Services Officer your duties will include: Janitorial duties Cleaning and maintenance tasks Providing support to other departments and liaising with contractors on site Overseeing outside support work and their health & safety Locking up and opening gates Fire Alarm Checks Handyman roles An ideal Site Services Officer will have the following skills and experience: Possess GCSE’s grade C / 4 or above in English and Maths (or equivalent). Will be able to represent the School in a positive and professional manner at all times. Previous experience working as a skilled or semi-skilled tradesperson will be beneficial. Consideration will be given to persons demonstrating transferable skills and having the aptitude and motivation to learn new skills. Hours of work are rotational; 6am-1pm, 1pm-9pm, 9am-4pm Monday to Friday, with plenty of overtime. In return you will receive a yearly rate of pay between £19,171 and £22,462.
