Job title: Security Site Manager Location: CV3 Area Role Purpose: The Security Site Manager will support with the effective management of the dedicated professional security team to meet the contractual agreement established for our clients site. Ensure that relationships with our client, key stakeholders and visitors to the location are maintained. Support the security team to achieve high standards in customer service whilst ensuring policies and procedures are complied with at all times. Role Requirements: Pay: 10.82 per hour Hours: 40 hours per week- 09:00-17:00 (Monday Friday) Opportunity for Additional hours/Holiday cover. To Security Site Manager and assist the team to meet our contractual agreements for our clients site. Responsible for the hour-to-hour management of Company, client and standards. Our Security Officers are required to comply with the Assignment Instructions provide a safe and secure environment. They must show a high visibility security presence. All relevant site training and uniform will be provided and the successful candidate will need to ensure that the team at the site are covering all of the duties needed. This ranges from responding and controlling difficult and demanding situations. Specific Duties: - Managing our clients site to deliver a professional service on behalf of Axis Security - Liaise Account Managers when required to escalate relevant site issues - Ensure 100% compliance with the Assignment Instructions for the site - Ensure health and safety requirements are met at all times - Provide first line response to all incidents in relation to fire, security and health & safety matters - Support the team of security officers deployed to the site - Ensure all security officers meet the requirements for the site - Provide training to security officers when required and challenge poor performance - Ensure all staff are updated with any changes in company policies or client expectations To be suitable for this role you must meet all of the following criteria: - Be smart and well presented at all times - Have an SIA SG/DS/CP license and SIA CCTV license. - Be polite, helpful and diligent, with a can do ethos - Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Be able to provide the highest standard in customer service - Have previous experience in the security industry - Be flexible and reliable to meet the role requirements - Have a calm personality capable of controlling difficult situations - Be able to work without supervision and also as a member of a team - Have a full five year checkable work history and required documentation to be vetted
