Nursery Deputy Manager
Overview
We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Nursery Deputy Manager at this OUTSTANDING nursery setting. A reputable and respected private day nursery close to Borehamwood are looking for a Nursery Deputy Manager. Hours of work are: Monday to Friday, 8am until 6pm, throughout the year on a shift rota basis. Benefits include: Performance related bonus Pay rise review depending upon performance 28 days annual holiday entitlement (including Bank holidays) Entry requirements for the Nursery Deputy Manager: A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in childcare and above with 2 years’ work experience with early years children within a management role in a similar setting preferred Desirable early years professional status (EYPS) or its replacement, early years teacher status (EYTS) Full and clear background check by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Ideally experience of being involved with an Ofsted Inspection and being rated either GOOD or OUTSTANDING Skills required in order to be considered for the Nursery Deputy Manager position: Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent) as a minimum Previous experience preferred working as a Deputy Manager Ability to motivate and support staff Have experience of financial management and marketing skills A desire to strive for excellence Excellent communication skills Please send applications to ajpurpledove.co.uk or ring Mandy on 07728 616616 for more information.
