Our 555,000 sq ft factory in Yorkshire has the capacity to produce up to 3,000 affordable, sustainable homes per year, creating progressive careers across multiple disciplines. What you will be doing: This post holder will be responsible for establishing, sustaining & improving manufacturing processes which meet business requirements for safety, quality, cost, delivery rate & lead time. They will be responsible for managing all works and standards of Manufacturing Engineers of the appropriate discipline. Qualifications / Skills: • BSc/BEng/HND/HNC in Manufacturing or Production Engineering or • Engineering degree with experience • Background in Manufacturing or Production Engineering (min 5 years) • Experience of working on new product introduction projects (APQP/PPAP) and coordinating new project teams • Significant experience of leading and coaching teams effectively • Ability to solve complex technical issues and create innovative solutions Our benefits: Excellent Pension Scheme, car allowance, life assurance, family health cover, 33 days Holiday including bank holidays, Share Options, Life Assurance, Free Parking, Subsidised Restaurant, Mobile App allowing for day to day savings and deals at a large number of retailers in the UK, Branded Workwear.
